About Us
The Israeli Association for International Arbitration is the leading organization in Israel dedicated to (a) increasing the use of international arbitration as the preferred method for dispute resolution in international transactions to which Israeli businesses are parties, and (b) improving the quality of international arbitration in Israel.
Our Work in Israel
The Israeli Association for International Arbitration works with (a) Israeli arbitral institutions to enhance their capabilities to conduct international cases, and (b) the Israeli business community to explain the advantages of international arbitration.
Our Work Internationally
The IAIA works with non-Israeli entities to enhance Israel’s stature as a situs for the conduct of international arbitrations. This works includes liaising with non-Israeli arbitral institutions.
The IAIA & You
Through this web site, the IAIA will (a) provide the arbitration community with the opportunity to participate in its dynamic work, and (b) report to the public concerning its findings, conclusion, and proposals.
